Judge & Volunteer Acknowledgment

JUDGE AND VOLUNTEER ACKNOWLEDGMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By indicating my acceptance, I understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows:

1. Who I am and what I am agreeing to. I am volunteering to serve as a judge, a volunteer, or both at Masters Tour — Pipersville, organized by The GarageGames Series LLC ("GARAGE GAMES"), at the facility of VKV fitness, LLC (the "Host") on or about 2026-11-07 (the "Event"). I am eighteen (18) years of age or older. I understand that judge and volunteer roles at the Event are open only to persons aged eighteen or over, and that a person under eighteen may not serve in either role. I am serving voluntarily and without payment, and I understand that I am not an employee, agent or contractor of GARAGE GAMES or of the Host by reason of doing so.

2. "Released Parties." "Released Parties" means, individually and collectively, GARAGE GAMES and each of its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, judges and event staff; the Host and each of its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, coaches, trainers, judges and volunteers; the athletes competing at the Event; any sponsors and advertisers of the Event; and, if applicable, the owners and lessors of the premises on which the Event takes place — in each case other than me. Nothing in this Agreement releases any claim I may have against myself or operates to my own detriment as a released person.

3. I understand the room I am standing in. I acknowledge that a competition floor is not a spectator area. I will be within feet of loaded barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls, jump ropes, boxes, rowers and bikes, and within feet of athletes moving at speed and at maximal effort. I acknowledge and accept, without limitation, the risks of: being struck by dropped, thrown, rolling or falling equipment; being struck by or colliding with an athlete, another judge, a volunteer or a spectator; slipping, tripping or falling on chalk, sweat, water or equipment; injury from lifting, carrying, loading, moving or resetting equipment before, during or after the Event; noise, heat, cold, dehydration and prolonged standing; and the condition of the premises, including parking areas, entrances and outdoor spaces used by the Event.

I FULLY UNDERSTAND that these risks and dangers include the risk of SERIOUS BODILY INJURY, INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH; that they may be caused by my own actions or inactions, by the actions or inactions of others at the Event, by the condition in which the Event takes place, or by THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES; that there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS AND DAMAGES incurred as a result of my presence and participation at the Event.

4. My own condition, and when I will stop. I am not aware of any medical condition, injury, impairment or medication that makes it unsafe for me to be present on a competition floor, to stand for extended periods, or to lift or move equipment. I will not serve while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, any controlled substance, or any medication that affects my judgment, balance, coordination or perception of pain. If at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, or I experience chest pain, breathlessness, dizziness, faintness, confusion, disturbed vision, unusual pain or any other warning sign, I will stop immediately and tell a member of event staff. I will decline any task I do not believe I can perform safely, and I understand that declining a task is expected and carries no consequence.

5. Medical services and emergency response.

5.1 No provision of medical services. GARAGE GAMES is not a medical provider and does not undertake to provide medical services in connection with the Event. GARAGE GAMES does not provide, arrange or engage medical or paramedical personnel, first-aid supplies or training, automated external defibrillators, oxygen, or ambulance or emergency transport services; does not require the Host to do so; and does not inspect, review, approve or verify any provision the Host may elect to make. THE RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE AVAILABILITY, PRESENCE, ADEQUACY, QUALIFICATION, SUITABILITY, TIMELINESS OR CONTINUATION OF ANY MEDICAL SERVICE, PERSONNEL OR EQUIPMENT AT THE EVENT.

5.2 No reliance. I acknowledge that any medical service, personnel or equipment present at the Host Facility is provided in the Host's sole discretion, that its availability varies from venue to venue, and that any enquiry as to the provision available at a particular venue is properly directed to the Host. I acknowledge and agree that I am not relying upon the presence or availability of any medical service, personnel, equipment or emergency response — including any automated external defibrillator, first-aid provision, medically qualified attendant, or ambulance or emergency transport — in electing to serve at the Event, and that I assume the risk that no such service, personnel or equipment is present or available.

5.3 Consent to treatment. In connection with any injury, illness or other medical condition I may sustain or experience at or in connection with the Event, I authorize event personnel to summon emergency assistance on my behalf and to render reasonable first aid, and I consent to examination, treatment and transport by licensed medical personnel and emergency medical services in accordance with their professional judgment.

5.4 No obligation; no assumption of duty. The Released Parties are under no obligation to provide medical treatment, first aid or medical personnel of any kind, and shall not be deemed responsible or held liable for any claim arising out of the provision of, or the failure to provide or to continue to provide, any such service. Any first aid, assistance or emergency response in fact rendered by a Released Party is rendered voluntarily and gratuitously, and no Released Party shall by reason of rendering such assistance be deemed to have undertaken any obligation to render assistance on any other occasion.

6. Release and waiver. I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. I further agree that if, despite this release, I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Released Parties, I WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY LITIGATION EXPENSES, ATTORNEY FEES, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COSTS ANY OF THEM MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF SUCH CLAIM. This release does not extend to conduct that applicable law does not permit to be released.

7. My own property and my own insurance. I am responsible for my own personal property at the Event. The Released Parties are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to it. I understand that I am not covered by GARAGE GAMES for injury to myself, and that any health, accident or disability cover I rely on is my own.

8. Photography and film. I understand that the Event will be photographed and filmed and that I am likely to appear in that material. I agree that GARAGE GAMES, the Host and their respective successors may use photographs, video and other likenesses of me captured at the Event to record, report on and promote the Event, the Masters Tour and GARAGE GAMES competitions, without further approval and without payment.

9. Conduct and instructions. I will follow the instructions of GARAGE GAMES officials and the Host. I understand that unsportsmanlike, abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward anyone at the Event is grounds for being asked to leave, and that judging and scoring decisions of GARAGE GAMES are final and binding.

10. Governing law, savings and general.

10.1 Governing law and venue. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any action arising out of it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas, and I waive any objection based on venue, personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens or sufficiency of service in those courts.

10.2 Applicable law. Where this Agreement refers to "applicable law," it means the law governing this Agreement under Section 10.1 and, if a court applies the law of the jurisdiction in which the Event is held, that law.

10.3 Savings and reformation. If applicable law would render any provision unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be reformed and enforced to the maximum extent that law permits rather than struck, and the invalidity of any provision shall not affect any other.

10.4 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible or, if incapable of enforcement, deemed deleted, and the remainder continues in full force and effect.

10.5 Third-party beneficiaries. The Released Parties who are not parties to this Agreement are intended third-party beneficiaries of it and may rely on it in their own right.

10.6 Entire agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between me and GARAGE GAMES, for the benefit of the Released Parties, on the matters it covers. It does not supersede the Host's own facility waiver, which stands separately and does not limit this Agreement. It may be amended only in a writing agreed by GARAGE GAMES and me. I may not assign it.

10.7 Electronic acceptance. I agree that my acceptance by electronic means is a signature and has the same effect as a handwritten one.

11. Final acknowledgment.

BY INDICATING MY ACCEPTANCE I AM AFFIRMING THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM ACCEPTING IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY, AND INTEND BY MY ACCEPTANCE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
