These Terms govern my entry to Masters Tour — Smyrna, organized by The GarageGames Series LLC ("GARAGE GAMES"), at the facility of Iron Forge Fitness, LLC (the "Host") on or about 2026-11-14 (the "Event"). They are separate from, and do not limit, the Waiver and Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the "Waiver") accepted together with them, which governs risk, liability and media.
1. Eligibility and Accurate Information
1.1 I am eligible for the division I have entered, and the information in my registration — including my date of birth, division, gender and Rx/Scaled election — is accurate and complete.
1.2 False or inaccurate information supplied in my registration — including my date of birth or division — will result in disqualification, removal from the leaderboard and forfeiture of any award or placing, at any time it is discovered, including after the Event and after standings have been published.
1.3 My date of birth is used to compute my division and is not editable by me after registration. Requests to correct it go to legal@thegaragegames.com.
1.4 I am at least 18 years of age on the Event date. Minimum ages, age-group boundaries and the date on which age is measured for each division are set out in the Event rules.
2. My Registration Is Personal to Me
2.1 My registration is non-transferable. I may not sell it, give it away, or let anyone else compete under it, and anyone who does will be disqualified and removed from the leaderboard.
3. Rules and Judging
3.1 I will read, understand and comply with the Event rules, movement standards and division rules published on the GARAGE GAMES website, as in effect on the Event date, and with any instruction from a judge, staff member or the Host. All judging and scoring decisions of GARAGE GAMES are final and binding. Scoring queries are addressed by GARAGE GAMES on a case-by-case basis, and its determination is final.
4. Conduct
4.1 Unsportsmanlike, abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward anyone at the Event — volunteers, judges, officials, staff, athletes or spectators — is a disqualification, without refund, and may also result in exclusion from future GARAGE GAMES events. That determination is made by GARAGE GAMES officials and is final.
4.2 Conduct of that kind may be reported to any GARAGE GAMES official at the Event, or in writing to legal@thegaragegames.com afterwards. GARAGE GAMES will review reports submitted in good faith with sufficient information to permit review.
5. Awards
5.1 Any prize, award or placing is forfeited on disqualification. I am responsible for any tax on anything of value I receive.
6. Publication of Results
Photography and film are governed by the Waiver. This Section governs the publication of results.
6.1 What is published. Competition results are public. My name, the gym I represent, my age division, whether I competed Rx or Scaled, my scores, my ranking and my finishing position will be published on the GARAGE GAMES website — on the leaderboard for the Event, on season standings, and in any national or championship standings my results feed into, together with the Event and its date. A non-start, non-finish, withdrawal or disqualification is also shown. A hometown or Instagram handle I provide may appear alongside my result.
6.2 Search engines. Results pages are open to search engine indexing, and my published results may accordingly appear in search results for my name.
6.3 Permanence. GARAGE GAMES has published competition results since 2010 and intends to keep them available. Published results form part of the permanent record of the competition and are not withdrawable after the Event. By registering, I consent to this publication. (This applies to the published leaderboard, not to the remainder of my registration record. Nothing in these Terms removes any right a privacy law applicable to me gives me over my personal information; requests of that kind go to legal@thegaragegames.com.)
6.4 What is not published. My date of birth, exact age, address, phone number, email, emergency contact, height and weight are not published. My division indicates an age band; nothing published discloses my date of birth.
6.5 Standings recalculate. Season and national standings recalculate as further athletes compete, so my position in them may change after my Event. My own result does not change; its position relative to others may.
6.6 Corrections. If my published results are inaccurate I may notify legal@thegaragegames.com, and GARAGE GAMES will correct verified inaccuracies. GARAGE GAMES may itself correct, amend or remove results for scoring, judging or eligibility reasons, including after an Event has finished.
6.7 No claim over accurate publication. So long as my results are published accurately, or corrected under 6.6 when they are not, I will not bring a claim against GARAGE GAMES or the Host about publishing them.
7. Changes to the Event
7.1 GARAGE GAMES and the Host may postpone, relocate, reschedule, shorten, modify or cancel the Event, or change any workout, movement, load, heat, division or schedule, for any reason including weather, facility conditions, safety, insufficient registrations, or circumstances outside their control.
8. Refunds
8(a) Withdrawal, non-attendance, injury, refusal of entry or disqualification. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. My entry is for the Event named above and may not be transferred to another event, deferred to a subsequent season, or assigned to any other person. This applies equally where I am refused entry to or removed from the Event by GARAGE GAMES or the Host, or where I am disqualified under Section 4 of these Terms.
8(b) If GARAGE GAMES or the Host cancels the Event, moves it to a different date or venue and I do not want the new one, or cancels or merges the division I registered for, GARAGE GAMES will refund my registration fee in full — including any payment processing fee — within thirty (30) days. If I prefer to compete at another Garage Games event, I register for it separately, subject to that event's eligibility requirements, availability, terms and price.
8(c) A change to a workout, movement, load, heat or schedule is not a cancellation and does not give rise to a refund. But if an Event is stopped on the day, for weather or safety, before all scheduled scored workouts have been completed, my result cannot count toward the national standings — so I may request a refund on the terms of (b), by writing to legal@thegaragegames.com within thirty (30) days after the Event; GARAGE GAMES will issue the refund within thirty (30) days after receiving the request. An Event that runs all of its scheduled scored workouts is complete, whatever else changed.
9. The Host's Own Waiver
9.1 The Host may separately require me to sign its own facility waiver as a condition of entering its premises. That is a separate agreement between me and the Host and does not replace, limit or supersede these Terms or the Waiver.
10. Personal Data
10.1 GARAGE GAMES records the fact, date, time, IP address and text version of my acceptance as evidence of these Terms and of the Waiver, retains it for as long as a claim could be brought, and handles my personal data as described in its privacy policy at https://events.thegaragegames.com/privacy-terms/.
10.2 I understand that my name, gym, division and results are published as described in Section 6, and that Section 6.3 explains why published results are not withdrawable.
10.3 Photographs I upload. Uploading a photograph to my athlete profile is optional. If I upload one, I grant GARAGE GAMES a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, reproduce and distribute it in connection with GARAGE GAMES and its competitions — including on my profile, on Event and leaderboard pages, on social media, and in advertising and promotional material — and I grant the Host of the Event a license on the same terms for use connected with the Event. I may replace or remove an uploaded photograph at any time, which ends the license for any further use; material already published before removal need not be withdrawn. I confirm I have the right to grant this license for any photograph I upload, and GARAGE GAMES may decline or remove any photograph at its discretion.
11. General
11.1 Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any action arising out of them shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
11.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable it shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible or, if incapable of enforcement, deemed deleted, and the remainder continues in full force.
11.3 Relationship to the Waiver. These Terms and the Waiver are separate agreements accepted together. Neither supersedes or limits the other, and the unenforceability of any provision of these Terms does not affect the Waiver.
11.4 Changes. GARAGE GAMES may revise these Terms for future events. The version accepted at my registration is the version that governs my entry to this Event.
11.5 Electronic signature. By checking the acceptance box and typing my full legal name, I am agreeing to these Terms electronically, with the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature on paper, under the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted in the applicable state.
