Join us at for this exciting partner competition. Male-Female partners take on a fitness challenge designed especially for coed teams. Whether you are a “handshake” (just friends) team or a “kissing” (real couple) team, the X’s & Y’s Competition has a place for you.
Put your team on the National leaderboard and compete for prizes. This is one of the most fun and challenging competitions of the year. Top teams will get invited to competed in the Xs & Ys National Championship (location & date TBD).

DFC CrossFit is a 7500 sq ft facility in the heart of Lilburn, GA (just northeast of Atlanta). There is plenty of room for several teams to run in each heat. Partners may switch anytime a couplet has been completed. Score is total calories rowed plus total couplet reps completed.
3:00 to find 1 rep max snatch for each partner
One partner lifts at a time. Partners alternate lift attempts. Athletes change their own weights (no helpers outside the partnership). Score is the total weight of the partners’ 1RM snatch. This will serve as a tiebreaker if needed.

Complete all the movements within the allowed time and use the remaining time to do the movement of your choice on the rig. Team must choose one movement and stick with it for the entire WoD. Notify your judge prior to the start of the WoD which movement you will be doing. One partner works at a time on the rig. Movements are weighted so the more difficult movement will earn you more points.
