5 lifts (separate events) lifting to a certain weight (see below for division/gender). Athlete chooses the weight then the number of reps is set (if 50 pounds is the weight then they would do 100 reps-for Male Rx). The 5 events will be dead lift, snatch, squat cleans, thrusters, and overhead press. Each event will have a buy-in (burpees, double unders, etc) and a certain number of reps of that buy in will be completed each time the bar is dropped. Scoring of the events will be time to complete the pre-determined number of reps with the prescribed buy-in. Cash prizes are available per division for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. More info to come…
