A: While on that page, click CRTL+F5 to clear the cached info.  If this doesn’t work,try another browser.  If that doesn’t work, email andy@thegaragegames.com.
Your error might look like this:
“Error: Credit card number is required.. Response Code(3). Response Reason Code (33).
AVS not applicable for this transaction
Please make any necessary corrections and resubmit.”

EX…. if you are O’Daniel, just use ODANIEL.

Q: I need a refund. How do I get it?
In 2013 the refund policy will be set to “no refunds” for all events. This means you will not be able to get a refund for your registration starting January 1, 2013.
Q: What division should I sign up for?
A: If you scale workouts in the gym then you are scaled. If you have 6 months or less of CF training or are uncomfortable with weightlifting, go beginner. 40+? Masters!
A: You can change your division later on after registering if you need to. Â There is a link on your confirmation email that allows you to do this.
Q: Can I change my team name, teammates, division, shirts?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I have someone take my spot in an event without transferring the registration through the appropriate means?
A: No. Â This is due to waivers and liability.
You can not do this with in a week of the event.

Q: I was certified as a Judge at an earlier competition, how do I get the shoes/gear?
A: Judges are volunteers, really. Â For us to know that you volunteered for an event, you need to have signed up as a volunteer using the same email address as you used with your judge registration. Â If the event has passed, please send an email to:Â volunteers@thegaragegames.com.
