25 Double Unders  each (or 75 singles)

50 Shoulder to Overhead, 95/65

25 Double Unders  each (or 75 singles)

50 Front Squats, 95/65

 

WOD 4: 3 rounds for time:

20 Power Cleans, 95/65

20 Burpees over the Bar
