RX men/women and Scaled men – do the entire trail and all obstacles
Scaled women and Beginners – ½ and skip the climb wall at the endhave racers check the person to their right and left to ensure their competitor number is one that should be in this heat.
If you run in the wrong heat you DNF the WOD.

Details:
Start – you loop around the WEST field then get on the trail (this is to spread you out)
¼ way in up stairs and over hurdles and down stairs
(scaled women & beginners turn around at the bottom of the stairs, be sure to yell your number to the volunteer)
½ way in they do the leap wall and turn around
(be sure to yell your number to the volunteer)
¾ way in they do stairs and hurdles and stairs
⅘ way in they go down and up a creek ravine
End = RX goes over the climb wallRun into the chute and get your number written down.

The burpees are just over the bar not bar facing like in OPEN
you can jump one foot at a time or both. Chest touches the ground and go over the bar… pretty easy
Beginner Women – will still go over a bare bar.

Standards:
KB – arms mostly straight and go overhead to mostly verticle. through the legs. Can sntach
Burpee – chest touches the ground get over the bar
Push Press – shoulders to overhead. Lock out legs and arms. No Jerking. Can press with no push.

You get 1 attempt in 30 seconds, then move to the next bar. 1 and only 1 Attempt!!

Jerk from shoulders to over head. Lock out shoulders and knees. You can push press or press since this is harder. NO SNATCHing.

Standards:
hold the sandbag off the ground (your choice as to how), run up the hill, around the cone at the top, and back down to cross the start/finish line.
Do not leave your bag on the hill or be DNF'ed

Standards:
Start from behind the line and have your body cross the turn around line and start line. The sled does not need to cross the turn around line, but does need to cross the start/finish line.
Pull the sled, pick a method of pulling, go down and back. If the weight comes off put it back on.
Carry – pick it up and carry it down and back. can only make forward progress if item is off the ground
Burpee Broad Jump – start with a burpee and then jump as far as you can. Place hands at feet and burpee repeat. Run back once you cross the turn around line fully. You can jump with one 1 or 2 feet. Jump must be made from no farther forward than the position of the hands
