Divisions explained for Urban Warfit’s Armageddon
RX:
Perform all movements without substitution including, but not limited to pull-ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, and double unders
Experienced with all lifts. Ability to lift 135# male / 95# female ground to overhead for 15 reps mid-WOD
Scaled
Perform some movements including, but not limited to, jumping pull-ups, sit ups, and single unders
Familiar with some lifts, including deadlift and clean & jerk. Ability to lift 95# male / 65# female ground to overhead for 15 reps mid-WOD.
Beginner – 6 months or less Crossfit experience
Perform some movements including, but not limited to, jumping pull-ups, sit ups, air squats, and single unders
Familiar with some lifts, including deadlift and clean & jerk. Ability to lift 65# male / 45# female ground to overhead for 15 reps mid-WOD.
*Note: standards for Beginner division will be looser than RX and Scaled. Beginner division is designed to give even the newest Crossfitter a taste of what a thrill competing can be.
