After a hugely successful Summer Galt Games we’ve decided to make a winter edition as well! There will be Men’s and Women’s Rx and Scaled divisions on Saturday, and then Rx and Scaled Teams (2 men, 2 women) on Sunday.

Here are the standards for the competition.
1. 5 reps – Front Squat Rx (M=155/W=105), Scaled (105/75).
Crease of hip below parallel and full hip extension at top of squat.
2. 5 reps – Overhead Squat (95/65), (75/55).
Crease of hip below parallel and full hip extension at top of squat.
3. 5 reps – Deadlift* (225/155), (185/115)
*finalists will need to exceed this!
Full extension at top of lift and hands must stay on bar for all five reps.
4. 5 reps – Kettlebell Swing (70/55), (55/35).
Arms must stay straight and ears in front of arms in overhead position.
5. 3 reps – Thruster (135/95), (95/65).
Crease of hip below parallel and ears in front of arms in overhead position.
6. 15 reps – Wall Ball (20/14), (14/12).
Hip crease below parallel. Ball OVER the 10’ mark. Dropped ball is a failed attempt.
7. 5 reps – Squat Clean (155/105), (135/75).
Hip crease below parallel, full hip extension at top. Hands stay on bar for all five reps.
8. 5 reps – Jerk (135/95), (95/65).
Ears in front of arms in locked out overhead position. Push jerk or split jerk.
9. 3 reps – Snatch (135/95), (95/65).
Power or Squat.
10. 5 reps – Push Press (135/95), (95/65).
Ears in front of arms in locked out overhead position.
11. 10 reps – Pull-Ups (will not be performed in scaled div).
Full extension of arms at bottom. Chin over bar at top.
12. 25 reps – Push-Up, scaled standard is bent knee.
On count of judge. Down, hold, up, hold. Chest to deck. Full extension of arms at top of push-up.
13. 5 reps – Handstand Push-Up*RX only.
Forehead touches deck. At top position, head comes forward and ears are in front of arms.
14. 10 reps – Box Jump (24/20), (20/14).
Both feet must leave the ground at the same time. Must get full hip and knee extension with control on top of the box before coming down. May step down if desired
15. 3 reps (each) – Pistol, Scaled is Air Squat.
Butt must go to ankle depth. You leg extended cannot touch ground for all three reps.
16. 10 reps – Double-Under.
