
Each team – made up of two female and two make athletes – will be tested on their metabolic conditioning, strength and gymnastics. During the field WOD event, athletes will be working with a partner of the same gender. The strength WOD will showcase each athlete’s individual strength but what counts is the overall team score. For the 3rd and final WOD of the afternoon, each team will get a chance to work with a partner of the opposite gender. The day is not over yet; top 3 scaled teams and top 3 RX teams will compete in a Final WOD to determine which teams will be The Dog Fight at Floyd Bennett Field Garage games Champion.

**Male athlete A begins. Sprints to his bar, completes his set of 21 followedby his suicides, sprints back to his partner, Male athlete B begins his 21’s.Once they finish the 21-15-9, the females will begin.**
**Partner must betagged, in order to begin the next rep scheme**
WOD 2-Strength
15 min to find:
Snatch + Overhead squat x 2(Rx/Scaled)
**Any snatch is legal, squat snatch, power snatch, musclesnatch, split snatch**
** There will be 2 bars. Both male and female bars.
**Barbells must be unloaded after completion**
