2nd Annual CrossFit Farmland Fittest Farmhand Challenge
This is a one day event located in the beautiful Ripp Park in Waunakee, WI. This is sure to be a challenging event for all Rx, Scaled and Beginners

Smell that dairy-air? Yep, CrossFit Farmland’s 2nd annual “Fittest Farmhand Challenge” is back August 25th! Like last year, this will be a one day throw down. We will have 3 events in the Rx and Scaled divisions (2 for Beginners) with a tie breaker if necessary. Last year we didn’t incorporate as much farm-fun as we’d have liked, so this year we made sure it was a first priority. So bring your work gloves, overalls, and handkerchiefs. Seriously.

Here at CrossFit Farmland, we love to hard work and lifting heavy sh…tuff. This event will be a great opportunity to showcase your abilities. Come ready to bust your butt and perhaps be declared the “Fittest Farmhand”!

The 2nd Annual CrossFit Farmland Fittest Farmhand Challenge Movement Recommendations:

Based on 1RMs, to ensure that the weights we assign to your division will be well within your ability levels. Try to be close to these numbers, but these are above the weights required.
