
Four person teams will battle it out at the Mint Hill Madness Festival for supremacy! Much like watching the teams at The CrossFit Games, you will be asked to demonstrate your strengths, your endurance and your skills in the RX Division. The OPEN division will ask the same, but we wont ask quite as loudly! This event will be run by members of the crew who run Garage Games One, The One That Started It All… so be prepared for a great event with fun programming and unique WODs.
OPEN TEAMS – you can have RX or Beginners. This division is to provide for any competitor to come together with any competitor, and to have an absolute blast!!

The OPEN Division is named as such because the Group can Have RX competitors and Beginners mixed on the same team based upon your ability to accomplish these WOD’s. Work can be shard as needed, so you can decide who can do the work or who cannot.
The WODs (order is yet to be determined):
Field Of Pain – 100 points
Sled Pull – approximately 300’
Two sleds men’s and women’s
Shoulder to Overhead
40 reps per bar (one men’s and one women’s)
Burpees over bar
100 per bar for RX, 50 per bar for OPEN
Shoulder to Overhead
40 reps per bar
Sled Pull
RX = sleds (135/90), Bars (135/95)
OPEN = sleds (90/45), Bars (95/65)
18 minute cap – cut-offs will get rep counts, the sled pull is worth 2 points (1 for reaching the halfway point on the return)
The Classic – 100 points
Two partners will go on an approximate 600M run carrying sandbags, while the other two work on the AMRAP at the Rig. This will switch when the first two return, and the second two go on the run. If all teammates do NOT finish the run, the penalty will be 50 reps. Once all teammates finish the run, you may switch off however you want between all four members.
The two partners at the Rig will perform an AMRAP of:
5 Toes to Bar (knees parallel for OPEN division), 5 Pull-ups (RX= chest to bar/chin over bar for women; OPEN = chin over bar OR burpee over wall ball – available for both sexes), 15 Wall Balls (20#/14#; 20#/10# height to be determined but likely 9’ both sexes)

One person working at a time, switch off as often as you like.
RX Sandbags 80#/60#; OPEN Sandbags 60#/40#
12 Minute AMRAP
DOUBLE TROUBLE – WOD 3A and 3B (50 points per WOD)
3A – 8 Minute AMRAP – 1 person working at a time, switching as often as desired.
Snatch (power, squat or split) – 135#/95# (OPEN – 65#/45#)
Rest 30 seconds then –
3B – 8 Minute AMRAP – 2 people working at a time, switching every 10M
Front Rack Walking Lunge 10M (1 rep awarded for every ten meters) – same loads as Snatch
