CrossFit UpDog is proud to announce that we are hosting another great event! With the Super Bowl being the United States Largest Sporting event, what better way to spend Super SATURDAY than putting together your own championship team for a winter throwdown at the beach!!nnThis is a 1 day event being held on January 31, 2015 comprised of 4-person teams competing in 4 total WODs. The top teams in the Rx Division will compete in a final WOD to determine the overall champion!
