“Red Line Games – Lane 5 CrossFit”

Join Lane 5 Crossfit in the Red Barn for some Intense workouts. Goal? To find the fittest! Because we are hosting the Garage Game event at our box we are limiting registration to the first 50 individual athletes. This one day event will be straight forward and affordable to the athletes. $50 – at least 3 workouts and 1 skill to find the fittest!

The majority of workouts will be posted days or possibly 1 week early. We will post in advance some of the movements but not the dynamics.
