Check-in:
Saturday 8am ALL competitors can check in via the competitor line. At 10am we’ll put check in at the standard entrance with everyone else. Thus if you are on a TEAM here are Saturday and want to spectate for free and here at 8am go to the competitor line. If its 10:30am go to the line everyone else is in. Else check in Sunday at 8am
Shirt pick up at 6:30pm in the EXPO

MASTERS UPDATE
Current Masters Categories – Masters 40-49 RX, Masters 50+ RX, Masters 40+ Scaled
We have the two separate groups for Masters RX because the 40-49 group will be doing pretty close to the same work as the RX men/women. Slight differences, but consider yourself an RX competitor (we will treat your day with more caution over the damage that could ensue). 50+ RX consider yourself as skilled as an RX competitor, but with possible substitutions when you get to movements that could potentially be harder on you (MU’s after a long day of work). In addition, consider your loads to be lighter, more in line with the scaled weights. But you are skilled, and a pistol doesn’t scare you, it just makes your knees creak a little (mine do).
Masters 40+ Scaled – you are put in one category, because your skills and loads will be the same. You will do lighter weights than the scaled group, and have less demand on skill. But you are not a novice, we will test your skills as we would a scaled competitor, but loads and intensity of movement will be knocked down, so that you can compete with intensity and confidence.
If you are registered right now as a master (prior to 1/20/2013), you are considered to be a Masters RX in your age group. If you want to change to 40+ scaled, then you will need to follow the FAQ

Garage Games ONE
Garage Games ONE – the event that started it all. With nearly 650 competitors last year, we look forward to entertaining you back here in Suwanee, GA at the Suwanee Sports Center (http://ssasports.com/) February 16-17th 2013
Event Logistics
- 3 WODs for and a 4th for RX finalists (both individual and team).
- Doors OPEN at 8:00am
- WODs start at 9:30am start
- We might go all night now that we are inside with lights!!!
- Teams may check in on Saturday.
As always, this event is set to test your overall fitness and work capacity. We have fun WOD’s that will have you dirty and smiling at the end. This year the event goes inside… well, much of it. We will use the outdoors a little, but you will have plenty of enjoyable heat in the complex!

Garage Games EXPO
We are launching a new segment of our business in 2013! The EXPO is a great place to meet CrossFit enthusiasts and businesses who serve them, and then to hear from top CrossFitters in the country, and gain their knowledge on a host of areas.
Individuals will NOT receive shirts at check-in, we will open up the tables to receive shirts at the end 0f the day on Saturday – this will happen at 6:30PM. Teams can also do so on Saturday night, or Sunday during the day. We will also have an Athlete EXPO Experience Saturday night, where vendors will be providing big discounts, and free swag to competitors (both individuals and teams). You won’t want to miss this, so plan on sticking it out, having dinner from one of our CF Paleo vendors, and to have a great time at this BONUS to the event!

No ticket Refunds
If you are coming with a “YOUTH or TEEN division competitor” to watch /assist in his/her competition you dont need a ticket. This is for parents or Guardians (two people max).
If you are on a team, you get in free but you must check in Saturday. You will get a band.
If you are an individual competitor coming to watch teams, you get in free. Just keep your band on.

Pleas be sure to show up at your designated time!
All volunteers eligible for raffles and for other swag held each day!
Other Perks:
Half Day: T-shirt, water/snacks
Full Day: All the above, plus lunch and free competition (refunded after the event) on the other day
Two Full Days: all the above, plus one night hotel near the event paid by us (2ppl/room), and a unique apparel item!!
Get Accredited too, and you will get paid $50 per day to be a judge!
Parking:
Parking is always a beast for these events. We need you to pack in the cars tight.
So there will be a $5 (cash) parking fee to any car parking in the SSA lot that has less than 3 competitors/spectators in it. Must have at least 1 competitor to be free.
This will be enforced from Start to 11:30AM each day.
Any car with 1 or more volunteers in it is free, of course!
All the parking money will go to competitor prizes. We aren’t interested in the cash, we want you to all park at SSA but this wont happen unless you carpool.
There are of course free spots all around SSA. Park where ever you like.
