
Please join CrossFit Steam for our annual Battle of the MILF’s, Mothers Inspiring Lifelong Fitness. This one day competition will be exclusive to mothers only. Everyone knows being a mother is life’s hardest challenge and fitness, a close second. So let’s get all of those moms together, and see who the fittest is of them all!
The competition will have both Scaled and Rx divisions. Each competitor will be guaranteed 3 challenging WODs. The workouts will require you to be proficient in the 10 general physical skills. If you aren’t sure if you should compete in Rx or Scaled, either ask your coach or email us at info@crossfitsteam.com.
