composed of 4 people which can be any mix of girsl or guys.
Everyone does everything. There is no left behind

9:00 – walk 3 of the 4 teammates out on the course for transitions
9:30 – 4 female teams go
9:31 – 3 female teams go
9:32 – 2 female teams go
9:33 – 1 female teams go
9:34 – 0 female teams go

obstacles:
¼ way in up stairs and over hurdles and Transistion to 2nd teammate
½ way in they go down the stairs do the leap wall and Transistion to 3rd teammate
¾ way in they do stairs and hurdles and Transistion to 4th teammate
⅘ way in they go down the stairs on the trail then down and up a creek ravine
END – RX goes over the climb wall

As a team complete in any order:
a possible 3 people working at 1 time (bar, jump rope, row)
rotate teammates whenever and as often as you like
90 Thrusters, 90 SDHP, 90 DL 3000m Row, 1000 DU
Do this in any order and rep count. Just do it all.
You get 1 Bar which will start at 135# for RX and 95# for Scaled.
For every lady on your team subtract 10#’s and 5reps, 100m, and 50DUs. (guys and girls use the same bar)
Teams with 4 ladies get 10#'s extra off their bar.
Thus X females on your team = Y#'s on the bar
You will have a rubber floor mat to do jump rope on.

0 = 135 RX, 95 Scale & reps = 90 & Row = 3000m & 1000 DU/SU

Bare Bar – must go below the knees.
Thruster – hips below/at knees lock out arms and legs with bar over head.
Sumo Dead High Pull – pull to clavicle. wide legs grip between them. Touch the ground
Dead Lift – shoulders behind bar lock out knees and hips standing up. Touch the ground
only 1 person on each element at a time.

Standards:
start with balls at the end, people in the middle, 3 2 1 GO
get hit you are out
catch it, thrower is out
get hit, but your teammate catches it, you and the thrower are safe.
dead ball = hit something (ground, spectator, ball, teammate) before you
you can deflect a ball with the ball in your hands (dead ball)
if said attempt to deflect knocks your ball out of your hands, you are out.
the team with more girls start with more balls
Judge’s discretion on delay of game, penalty being you must roll your ball to other team
the fields are 40ft long x 30ft wide.

Burpee jump over
down and run back. Jump as far as you can but you must clear all 3 teammates. Lay on the ground, repeat.
If you land on a person its “NO REP” and redo
Start by laying 3 people down, burpee and jump, then last guy stands and jumps, etc etc till the far side then run back
The whole team will do this at the same time. Run the gear back how ever you want.

OverHead Walking Lung –
RXm 45#, RXw/Sm 25#, Sw 15# down and run back (with gear).
You can decide to get 1 plate for boys and 1 for girls. Only 1 has to be lunging at a time which means you might carry an extra plate if you have mixed sex group and want to change sexes lunging
The plate must stay over head (not on the head or behind).
Knee touches ground (its grass)
The whole team will do this at the same time. Run the gear back how ever you want.Only 1 person needs to be carrying a plate at a time, so if you have 2 guys and 2 girls RX you could decide to have only the 2 ladies lunge with the 25# plate (1 at a time) down and then the boy(s) run it back. OR your could have the 2 ladies lunge with the 25# plate (1 at a time) and the boys carry the 45# plate down the track and when the girls get tired the boys can pick up their plate and lunge and the girls can carry theirs (this would be a bad strategy imho)

Stone Carry
(RXmen 117#, RXwomen/Scalemen 67#, Scale women 35# dumbbell carry)
down and run back (with gear). with mixed sex you can
use both balls and roll one while carrying the other if you wish to switch sexes carrying.
1 person carrying at a time down and whatever you want on the way back
The whole team will do this at the same time. Run the gear back how ever you want.
Only 1 person needs to be carrying the stone/dumbbell at a time, so if you have 2 guys and 2 girls RX you could decide to have only the 2 ladies carry the 67# stone (1 at a time) down and then the boy(s) run it back. OR your could have the 2 ladies carry the 67# stone (1 at a time) and the boys roll the 117# stone down the track and when the girls get tired the boys can pick up their stone and the girls can roll theirs (this would be a bad strategy imho)

Team size is 4 with any combination of male/female
but each female will get a bonus to your team (still working on this part) and it will be big.
Each teammate must register individually and with the SAME TEAM NAME,
so we can match you up with your teammates.

I have several questions for you regarding the team competition portion of ‘ONE’ on 2/12:
1) Up to how many members can register to be on one team? And, how many members compete in any given event at one time? I ask b/c 4 friends & myself are interested in registering as a team, but we weren’t sure how it worked (re: total number of people on team vs # of teammates who compete at one time)

….does this mean that if a team is all women, that 10#s, 5 reps, 100m, & 50 DUs is taken off for EACH woman? For example, if a team is allowed to have 4 women competing at a time, would the Rx weight would go from 135# to 95# (10# subtracted/woman X 4 women = 40# subtracted from Rx weight)?

4) For the 3 mile trail run with obstacles, do all team members (or, maybe I should say the max team members allowed to compete in an event all at once) run this at once? Or, is it treated more like a relay (one runner at a time, with another teammate taking over when the runner stops).
A-all do it at the same time. this one is too fun not to have everyone do it
5) Is there a cap on how many teams can register for 1 CrossFit affiliate?
A- nope. well i guess 1000 teams might be to many!
